lived in port arthur my whole life. the chemical plants run this town. if it wasnt for them this town wouldnt be here. some people just need something to bitch about. and they are just looking for hands out. get a real job and stop using ur money to put rims on your busted ass buick and stop bitchin. they want to complain about to the chemical plants but the real problem all the drugs and theifs living in these low income section 8 housing like this one.

This video is typical of many Black neighborhoods in the south, including early housing developments and public housing projects. Many public housing projects are being demolished today because they were constructed on coal ash waste and incinerator ash waste landfills and fill dirt.
