I recently bought a box of the new gluten free Bisquick mix. Here I show a video of my attempt at a modified version of their recipe for biscuits found on the back of the box.
You can check out my review of it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LldggT6iyag
My gluten eating husband actually loved these biscuits

@SalamenceJr Yes! just make sure you purchase the box labeled "gluten-free," because the regular Bisquick is definitely not gluten-free. Enjoy!

I had no idea that bisquick was gluten free mix, i thought it was just a pancake mix! Im stoked to make so many things out of this! Ill make biscuts some day (:

@shellfonez Yes most definitely! There are plenty of yummy gluten free brownie mixes, but anything you find at a store bakery, cafeteria, etc that appears brownie-like is most likely loaded with gluten. Pretty much anything that resembles something bready is likely glutenous (cookies, cake, sliced bread, etc). If you are looking for gluten free items it may be helpful to check out some books and websites. Good luck!
