This is an AWESOME live 1979 era performance of the classic song ~ The Chain (one of my faves)!! This is from Fleetwood Mac's GREAT Tusk Documentary. I (fondly) remember first watching this (and the rest of this doc.) when I was 12 years old (back in early 1981) with my mother.

Enjoy!! ~ Jackie (:

  • I wish I could go back to the 70's & 80's again. Good Times

  • you can see and feel the tension going on.

  • I saw the Tusk tour at the LA Forum, floor seats. I don't know if this is footage from that night or not. The USC marching band was there to perform Tusk. It was one of the best nights of my life. My friend and I were Stevie groupies. Even had the original Buckinham Nicks Album. My friend's daughter Rhiannon just turned 26. My how time flies....

  • 100% talent from everyone on stage.

  • I would probably be a dork if it wasn't for Bro B and his crazy music and weed.Rumors he played with a bong hit at the exact moment needed.God bless his soul Vietnam got him 33 died of agent orange but I don't believe the Government ever admitted it.I still went in the Army Rangers Airborne with green Berets is what we were and still are never an X unless your dead

  • Man those where the days you could go to a concert without the excise police latching on to ya for burning a joint or ten,or dropping some acid and snorting a few lines.

  • @raelraven2 still, it makes his charme in a certain way...

  • Fantastic live version. But I must point out that there are any number of drummers who are as good as or better than Fleetwood who don't feel the need to go through all those facial machinations.

  • Checkout Fleetwood Mac when they had its founder and one of the worlds best guitarists Peter Green still playing with them and they were like a lot of bands at the time [the stones, animals ect] a blues band google"Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac".As for the Rumours album i remember were i was when i first heard it [at a party and i kept playing it over and over] hard to believe its over 30 years old, where the fuck did it go. Green ended up homless,in prison and mental hospital, still records today

  • @MrTheModel close, but Debbie Harry of Blondie was on most boys bedroom walls [stained] at the time
