Because not just anybody can? It takes some release of your id and a warped sense of sound, timing, etc. to create this lovely bit of chaos.

This set was absurd. Loud, ugly, bizarre, often sparse, and laughably short. I enjoyed it immensely without irony, and it's loads more enjoyable than seeing some bored hipsters with guitars slog out some fifteenth-generation R.E.M. knock-offs for 30 minutes.
