OMGD someone just sent this to me. The movie is pretty disgusting but to know this was filmed right across from where my office once was at a former mental institution, then Agnews Developmental Center is creepy. Great effects with the buildings and water tower though. Short time after this was filmed the clock tower building in the background sustained serious damage in the Loma Prieta Earthquake Oct 17/89. It still stands today on Sun Microsystem property, Santa Clara.

I watched when I was about 10 or 11,just a random selection from the video store.
Loved this film because it was so over the top at times.
