Well, that's cool, but it's hard to get much of a lawn mowed in that setup. Mobility's a bit limited. How about running a chipper/shredder so we can see some real work getting done and you can make fuel for your system at the same time?

cool basic set up! I want to do the same thing with a similar 11 HP B&S engine. I think I will install a paper filter just before inserting the pipe into the carb, see how fast it gums up, then I could build cyclone Filters and see which one gums up the paper filter the slowest. Even a set up like that you could set up a PTO pulley to hook up stationary implements, say a 4 KW generator to turn the electric meter backwards a bit... Hope you save yourself some money with that cheap energy! AAA+++

Ok I am new so understand. You are really running a lawnmower engine off just wood. No other fuel is used. Wonder how big of a motor can you run, say a four cylinder with 30 kw generator

excellent!heres proof loud +clear wooodgas is real.Ill refer people to this.1can you get 12HP on wooD?2whats your consumption of wood for say 12 HP for an hour?Ithink for a boat this is way more efficient than (and cheaper!)than a steam engine running on scrap wood.keep posting!
