The only difference is in the type of notice and the requirement for an unbiased jury.

There have been multiple judges, prosecutors, judges, law enforcement officers, legislatures, and even the President's own Secret Service confirm the fact that Citizens Grand Juries are within the rights of the people to convene. When formed correctly, the presentment or indictment of an unbiased jury decision, completely backed up with proper evidence, must be accepted and moved on by the county clerks, prosecutors, and justices.

If you are claiming to being a citizen ,,then you will be treated as such. Citizens are second class and will be trodden over as long as you claim that second class.

The premise given here is totally defective, and will ultimately fail. The Citizens have no rights to do what you are proposing, as the Citizens have no rights.period. since when does the created get to tell the creator what to do? Do you not comprehend the hierarchy? God created man.> Man created the government.> the government created the citizens. Where in the 5te amendment does it say anything about the citizens have the right to anything? It only talks about "persons" not Citizens.
