Crispin Cider is naturally fermented using a premium apple blend, not from concentrate, with no added malt, grape wine or spirit alcohol. Crispin's unique flavor is smoothed with apple juice, no added sugar, colorants, sorbate or benzoate preservatives and cold filtered for crisp refreshment.

  • Our ciders are fermented from pure apple juice, we never use concentrate in the making of our apple wine. The concentrate you are seeing on the label is added at the end of the process, rather than sweetening with sugar, which most cider companies do, we add natural apple juice concentrate as the sweetener. . Sulfates occur naturally during any fruit fermentation process, and Malic acid is added to stop fermentation.

  • They claim it is not from concentrate. However on their ingredients list the following: Hard Apple Cider, Apple Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Sulfites. They may portray that they are above the rest, but clearly they are not.

  • This is really how cider is supposed to taste. This is not some candied woodchuck While woodchuck is ok its alittle too sweet cuz they add abunch of sugar to it
