When I was a student at Oral Roberts University, these services really funny. We would point and laugh at each other when one of us was "hit", and when I was targeted, my friends laughed at me... until they were hit! ROTFL- literally! ;-)

For the critics: I was faculty at ORU. I did not leave under the most positive circumstances. But....... while I was there, my son was sick, and we took him to the television program one weeknight. After the program, when the cameras were turned off, Richard Roberts took my son in his arms and prayed for him.
Where were the critics that night? Where were you? There was no family member, no friend, no theologian.........
Richard has been praying for people for a long time. And still is

Many of these false prophets use an array of false doctrines that are extra-biblical, unbiblical or antibiblical such as almost a total disregard or absence of the consequences of sin and eternal damnation. Then they use Suggestion, Expectations, and Peer Pressure Manipulation to slay people in the spirit. I pray that those who are being deceived are given Spiritual Gifts, such as Discernment, Spiritual Wisdom and Spiritual Knowledge so they may not be mislead by these charlatans.

when the preacher runs out of the power in the message and the fire that once burned in his heart has went out...something like this is what he turns to and leads many down the some ungodly road. Things like this is from hell not heaven...Wise up people...
I know Richard Roberts personally, he is no charlatan. Since the 1950's Oral Roberts has preached that Christ is the ONLY healer. He simply preaches, believes, and acts like Christ really lives in him. This is why miracles happen through his ministry just like they do in MINE. I'm sorry that charlatans like Peter Popoff and other exist. But, just because counterfeit money is out there don't reject all money!

By the way, to all the naysayers, I was very skeptical of physical manifestations of the Holy Spirit such as this, and I still am, but I cannot deny the truth when it happened to me. By the way, if this were a solemn service where people just sat and watched, there hardly would be a complaint, so what's wrong with God's people having fun?
