A political brawl is brewing in Lithuania after revelations by the countrys former president Rolandas Paksas. He claims his 2004 impeachment was orchestrated by the U.S. because he refused to host a CIA secret prison in the country.

Telling truth is ignorance. LMAO. Every American knows what problems their country has. If gov't is trying to hide something, then one of the 1000s of non-profit organizations investigate & finds out what the gov't is up to. There are anonymous gov't officials who are paid by the US media so they can receive information that the gov't hasn't said out in public. Already a majority of people know the truth happening in USA & within US gov't since truth cannot hide from the media in USA.

In Lithuania president has no power(parlamentar republic). He is only involved in representation of the country. It is very unbelievable that adamkus is a cia agent. I mean he couldn't have done anything to stop that investigation. It was stopped by the lithuanian security agency(it's political content is unknowed). I mean that the agency hasn't had a complete reformation since the communist times so you never know who is there.:/

Emm... the president paksas was overthrown not by adamkus, but by the majority of seimas who's majority(maybe less) was a communist party members. And people were convinced that paksas did something very wrong by the media like biggest lithuanian news net "lietuvos rytas" which evolved from the news paper "komjaunimo tiesa"(communist youth truth). and not adamkus never wanted to investigate but lithuanian central security. So there's a bigger possibility that kgb is one to blame not cia..
