I think Prince Cooler was stronger in power than Prince Frieza, but Prince Frieza has better skills and speed than Prince Cooler... So, they have the same Strength and Abilities! :)

@Tombothebomb cooler wasnt much of a match for goku cuz goku trained alot after defeating frieza so coolers stronger

ya cooler did not get killed b y goku at first he was thinkin g about blowing up the sun then when he was thing he noticed the ball the was hitting him was going to the sun and after he was restord he would of killed goku but vegeta was there and even then they had such a hard time killing him

Prove it. He couldn't even phase a super sayain yet Frieza at 100% owned him for 5 minutes straight then fought him evenly for a while
