@chrissys31 ya know i think you are totally right what your saying actually, i havent taking alli now for about a mth. everything i was eating lately it seemed like it wasnt agreeing with my body. Alli did help me lose BUT I do think if i would have just cut down calorie intake years ago i could have done it on my own. I lose 55lbs with alli and yes i do know its not good for you far as vitamins you lose because after starting alli for almost a yr now everytime i wash my hair i was losing it!
@chrissys31 If you can't lose weight then you either 1: have a metabolic malfunction or 2. You don't know what to eat and in what amounts. and probably cutting fat too low like everyone else does. What are you going to do when you stop taking alli? Plus it screws natural vitamin absorption from the drop that's left nowadays in our shitty non rich soil management. Our food already doesn't have half the nutritional value it had 50 years ago.
@MerkabaStar well actually for years I would try to lose weight and have never had it fall off like it is now. I have never really consumed tons of fatty foods but with this alli I have noticed weight being lost. My doctor has told me about it and tons of friends so I didnt just go right out n get it right away. I did my research but i just wanted to know what underground wellness's Sean thought about it. He might have info to tell me that I have never heard about it?
@chrissys31 Fat has little to do with your weight, other than the amount of calories in it. I would never tell someone to take Alli. Even if your doctor said so I would get a second or third opinion. Just stop eating the fat if fat is an issue.
"maybe some facial hair and weight gain... I am sweating..." made me laugh
