This is my pet corn snake Leeroy Jenkin's first "grown" fuzzy. I've always fed him live mice... he's always had a very good appetite and his predatory striking ability is improving with each feeding. This video features slow-motion strike footage. His strike and constrict technique is top notch.

  • my snake amber looks very similar to yours. but mine is more pale in color ecpecially before the head and middle. awesome snake.

  • @amberlight27510 Saw your video! Hope you share more vids of Amber. Leeroy used to be lighter in color when he was little, but now is a darker orange.

  • At what age should I start feeding mine fuzzies?

  • @DeadJack34 It just depends on how big your baby corn is getting. If it can easily swallow a pinky without a hassle, you can try moving up to fuzzies.

  • Help please answer my corn wont constict it eats frozen food I tried to fake dead but he swollows it right away

  • flipping awesome!

  • Wishing my wife would let me live feed our corn snake... also... wishing my corn snake would eat live mice. Prefers frozen at this point.

  • way more epic than when i feed my cornsnakes small fuzzies:D but holy crap..... that was pretty epic

  • @420KushSmokin420 If your snake just bites and starts to swallow... it may be time to move up to bigger mice. A few times, I fed my corn smaller mice.. he didnt even bother trying to constrict. Generally, snakes can swallow up to 1.5x their body diameter. It's worth a shot to go up a size just a tad bigger than you normally feed.

  • @boogersish They will eventually grow to 3-5ft, but do not get very thick.. about as think as a silver dollar coin.
