Three Barn owls that hang out in the palm tree at night in my neighborhood. Couldn't get much picture as these nocturnal animals can be hard to see sometimes. Great Sound Clip

This video was shot in Northern Cali. The barn owl had babies in the palm tree the next street over. We heard them for months. This video was shot when the babies were grown. Freaky scary sounding. The big owl still hangs out in the neighborhood. It screeches around the neighborhood all night long.

We heard screeching at night for a few weeks and thought perhaps it was raccoons, but weren't quite sure.

We investigated one night and discovered a barn owl was the culprit. He lives in a palm tree on the street behind us. We think it's cool; I haven't seen or heard any owls for a long time. We live in Southern California.
