Interesting. They are kind of saying that they are offering discounts/rebates to people who already bought and future buyers because they are generous? They have saved money on supplies/materials for building so they are going to be generous and pass it on.
I think they are doing this because a) good PR b) to keep people from backing out on deals already in place c) attract buyers for remaining units!

22% off what? Peak 07/08 prices? Still going to be overpriced when other properties fall more this year. I'd be surprised if this gets built at all.
