Brian Pincott is running for city council ("Alderman") in Ward 11. The election is October 15, 2007.

I fully support Brian in Ward 11. He is definitely the best candidate running (possibly the best in the whole city).

• About these interviews

I've been doing these interviews to try to increase the public's access to information about the candidates. I don't necessarily agree with everything they say (which I could say about everyone), but I believe that open dialogue is critical if we are to move toward democracy.

I try to do as little editing as possible in these videos. I mostly cut out parts where I'm asking a question, where there's an extended pause or where the interviewee flubs their words and asks for a redo.

My intent here is that you should hear what the candidates have to say without the filter usually applied by the media.
