I'd like to start by saying 'she's hot'. But seriously, why do most chiropractors adjust the neck first left and then right? If my neck is out of alignment why go both ways. Wouldn't one direction put the spine back?

@kevinharriet12 There are many different techniques in chiropractic. Depending on the goals and objectives of both the chiropractor and the patient the technique can vary.
