For those of you who might not notice, Ryan does something that makes this heel hook even more incredible. When Henry tries to roll out of it, watch closely, you'll see his legs uncross and one leg goes to Henry's other hip, which is why he stopped dead in his tracks. If I remember right, he got pretty hurt on this one, because he thought he could roll out. You don't feel the pain until the submission is already in very deep, that's why they teach you not to crank it in practice.
serves him right though, he was talking big shit, disrespecting llyod irvins students, ryan specifically. He though he could bang out a win on pooints if he avoided ryan's inverted guard. WRONG
Actually, Henry Talked tons of sh*t about Ryan leading up to the match on the popular Underground Forum. The best part is Ryan did not participate in talking trash and just proved it on the mat instead. Total class.
I didn't really see what you were talking about. He shook his hand and then walked off the mat. He showed proper sportsmanship. He was obviously upset about loss, but didn't yell or flip out or anything.
Henry is a douche. I can understand him being upset about losing. No one gets to his level without having that fire in his belly, but when he loses he needs to learn to pay respect. That is what keeps defeat from becoming dishonor. He acted the exact same way on another of his loses.

My comments may be colored by how I've seen him behave before. I'll grant that he at least accomplished the minimum here.

What else does he have to do?
