Chinese ATV bike carb clean and deregulation of "sealed" carb .3gp

This is how you deresrict these new "sealed, non-adjustable" ATV carbs that the EPA is forcing on Chinese carburetors on 110 ATVs and 70/125cc pit bikes. this is for the 4 stroke Japanese copy carbs.

all you need is a screw extractor set and a drill. i paid $10 for the extractor set from harbor freight tools. its better than paying for a new carb

yeah, I didn't rehearse this video, as apparent by my camera man who couldn't figure out the focus either. No problem, glad to help anyone I can with these things. I hate the epa messing with atv's and scooters. it is such a small market...

Thanks for this video. I couldn't get my daughter's 110cc started so i took the carb off to clean it and low and behold, WTF??? I sat and stared at the thing for 20 mins. It all makes sense after watching you video. KUDOS!!! Thanks brotha!

Very helpful thank you... I have a 110cc with the same carb and have been struggling to get it to idle. I have the idle screw all the way in and still it will die sometimes when stopping. Will the mixture screw help me get it to idle better?  Thanks again!
