Lets Play Skrim: Killing a Person with No Bounty

Well first you need to get The Flaming Familiar Spell from High Gate Ruins, Apprentice level Conjuration, Then you just cast it and make sure the Fire Wolf is close to the person you want dead, and if all goes well then You will get their loot with no bounty.
