No Hospital Records of Obama's Birth-Mother May Still Be Alive

Attorney Orly Taitz, at the National Press Club on Dec 8th, stated that no hospital in Hawaii has any record of Obama or his mother ever being a patient. Obama's mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro, was reported to have died in Hawaii from cancer in 1992, yet her social security number is still active and in use.

@JohnQuincyAdams1, Yes, that is the document obtained by Lucas Smith. It was submitted to the Court by Orly Taitz in September, 2009. I far as I know, it has already been sent to every US Congressman in the nation-they simply don't care about this issue.

@JohnQuincyAdams1, Yes, well the Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born Citizen", not just someone claiming to have been born in Hawaii. If you look on Obama's own Fightthesmears website, on the page showing his Certification of Live Birth, you will see Obama never claimed to be a natural born Citizen. It says, "The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America."

@feldman30012, Additionally, if he was not born in Hawaii or any US territory, he is not and never was a US citizen. Immigration law at the time of his birth required that his mother be 19 years of age, to pass US citizenship onto him. So, if he was born outside of the United States, and she was only 18 years old when he was born, he would now be an illegal alien. This controversy is nearly three years old and he still refuses to produce his long form birth certificate. Why?

@feldman30012, A birth certificate is proof of where and when you were born and who your parents were. A person receives the citizenship of BOTH parents. If, and only if, Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a US citizen, but, he also received British citizenship, by decent, through his father, regardless of where he was born. Persons born with foreign citizenship can never be considered natural born Citizens of the United States, and are not Constitutionally eligible to be our President.

@feldman30012, No, The Birth Certificate will only prove when and where he was born, and who his parents were. The Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born citizen". If his father was indeed Barack H. Obama from Kenya, then he is not a natural born citizen. Obama SR was a British citizen, so all his children are British citizens too. Persons that were born with dual citizenship are not eligible to be President.
