@jmitnick210 I'm not saying I think she was qualified for the job, but in this case I don't think her explanation is stupid. As far as I know, she wasn't trying to use that to say she was a foreign policy expert, just that she did get SOME exposure to foreign policy. Yes, she was grasping at straws somewhat, but in this case at least, not stupid.
