Imma go with the latest Torch, which is Torch 2.. it is the perfect Torch instead of the 9800..

If you got a choice for it, opt in for an Android phone. If you're on Sprint, as I suspect, the Hero, or the Evo if you got the money for it, are AGES (literally 6 years ahead in tech years) of anything RIM makes. All the blackberry phones are always going to be behind by a large margin compared to any other smartphone except for some of the generic cheap ones that are offered for free.

if it looked more like it does at 55 seconds then id get it.

a) super thin
b) touch keys i guesss
i dunno. i checked the specs and its only .6 mm deeper than the 9700, but im not convinced that the design is crackin.
