I like the Japanese voice for Tear better when she does this hi-ougi, it sounds more majestic or angelic than the english one where it sounds rush and less natural

you should check out gamefaqs , there you can read how to get those attacks almost all chracters have 2-3 mystic artes!

Wait a sec O.o,I'm little confuse, I did'nt know Tear have more More Mystic Artes, I play Tale of Abyss but I never see this attack in the game?
