Why should students see the University as a business? Why is that the reason why international students have more pull than domestic students? Why do you think international students pay more? Why do you think that the system will fall when international students are taken away?

It sucks that classes are cut and that fees are so much. Trust me I am aware how students get raped on a daily basis. Over priced textbooks. Parking fees, lack of parking, and parking tickets, outdated facilities and employees.. and so on and so on. My video was shot from upstairs in the tower. I over dubbed music so you could not hear what staff was saying about the march. But I can tell you we could hear the screams through the walls, eight floors up.
Next stop LA people?

Of course Mo would not be present for this. I do not think he has a problem with facing the students, but instead he has no answers for your questions. Dont blame Don for something he cant control either. He is the like Robert Gibbs to Mo, except hes not evil.

Also, the president of the University cannot make the decision on what gets cuts. The Chancellors office and the board of trustees down in Long Beach make those decisions. SO if you want to march and speak-out about budget cuts you should head down south the chancellors office in LA. Otherwise the no one will feel the impact.

Students need to start seeing the University as it really is, a business. That is why international students have more pull than the domestic students. International students pay three times as much to go to school here. Out of state fees, international education fees, student visa fees..And Im sure a whole lot more that I dont know about. Take away the international students and the system falls.
