John L. Jackson, Jr., anthropologist, author and filmmaker, is the Richard Perry University Associate Professor of Communication and Anthropology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently conducting an ethnographic project examining Global Black Hebrewism, as well as completing a book on the philosophy of qualitative social science research. He is also working on a documentary film about contemporary conspiracy theories in urban America, Novus Ordo Seclorum.

I really liked listening to him speak on this subject. I just really wish he could've went more in depth about it though. Majority of the tribes the slaves were taken from claim Israelite ancestry and/or practice Hebrewisms. That is no coincidence. The Akra, Fanti, Akin, Yoruba, Kongo, Ashanti, Kaffir,Grebo, Maribuck, Mavumba and Ibo (Igbo) are just SOME of them. DNA tests and Jewish sources have shown that the Askenazi Jews are not descendants of the Israelites. So why the confusion?
