Connecting Rural Ohio Project- Vinton Ohio

This video is an overview of the Connecting Rural Ohio project, with emphasis on the Village of Vinton. This project is a collaboration between Ohio State University, Ohio Super Computer Center, Rio Grande University and the Governors Office of Appalachia. It works to identify small communities in Appalachian Ohio that are being passed over by commercial internet service providers. Once identified we work with the community to deploy a community wireless network and turn it over to the town leadership.
