Butch Walker - "Mixtape" cover

My friend Candice turned me on to Butch Walker a few months back and I decided to learn a song by him. He's got some pretty cool stuff. This songs kinda angsty (probably why I like it), but I thought it was a goods place to start. Enjoy!

mmmm. sorry bro, did not like it as much as original. here is why.

1. you played the song kinda too slow. feels like it is dragging on a bit.

2. you are shouting a bit. this kinda kills the mood. use a softer voice/tone when you are singing.

Not too harsh at all. good to receive some friendly criticism. maybe I'll redo this one at some point and try to improve upon it. I do kinda belt it out, mostly cuz it's high for me and unless I really push it I can't come close to the notes. Perhaps I'll tune the guitar down a step and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice.

Same. Good vocals man. Sounds good. This song's really hard for me to do cuz it's way too high, so maybe I'll I'll do it lower. But yeah man, sounds good.
