Before watching this video, I was quite aware that the sharing/selling of my information is taking place already. It doesn't make me feel too uneasy, because I am not taking part in any illegal activities or something that I would want to hide, but I do believe that it is a violation of my privacy. What bothers me most is that someone is taking my information and selling it to others, but I do not gain from this act. If my information were to be sold then I should profit from it.

To all the people who say "I have nothing to hide. Who cares?": I care. It doesn't matter if all I do is go to church, work at a homeless shelter, help little old nuns across the street, and buy caffeine free soda to hand out to Mormon missionaries as they pedal by in the summer time. No stranger needs to know that. At all. It is a very big deal.

Google & facebook are prob the 2 most data driven applications out there. I bet the NSA/CIA would love to have all their info...if they don't already...
