I agree that neither team deserved to lose. But the ref who said that Maryland called a timeout right when the supposed winning goal was scored has admitted he made a mistake. He says he "thought he heard someone from the Maryland bench call timeout." But he says that he heard wrong. I have heard that Maryland might turn this video into the NCAA. Even with this mistake, though, Maryland had several other chances to win and couldn't.

yea. i was there, behind the maryland bench, and you could hear SOMEONE yell timeout.... i'm not saying it was cottle for sure.

Also, i heard from somebody that cottle may have told the refs he wanted a TO if he won FO....i'm not sure if that's true though
