When i run this "C:\Jade63\bin\jade.exe path=C:\Jade63 app=Jade server=singleUser ini=c:\jade63\system\jade.ini" This message prompted "Error = 3062 : Unexpected I/O error encountered accessing database file. Database Open failed"

@wellaboo where you have path=C:\jade63 you should change that too path=c:\jade62\system .

but the folder in my local c is jade63 and it soesnt allow me to change te name of the folder.

@wellaboo ok, you can manually define the ini file as a parameter when you run jade.exe. So when you copy and paste the shortcut text from above you can add to the end of it "ini=c:\jade62\system\jade.ini­" but make sure that file is there, if its not, then theres probably something wrong with your installer.
