  • Thanks for uploading this. Some nice footage of Allan Mostert on guitar. I think he's playing the Gibson guitar (the model with f-holes), which he let me play once!

  • Wow!

How great to see some of this! Listened a lot to Quintessence in the 1980's. Nice that somebody has kept old video from this time! And even now I listen to Raja Ram's Shpongle. It came as a surprise to me when I found out he was into psytrance/funky/etc 10 years ago. Great!

    Thanx uploader!

  • its good to see this again. I think it was september 20th 1969 tottenham lost 5 .. 0 to derby that day. also on the bill were al stewart, soft machine , the deviants, and edgar broughton. my memory of it was of more crowdedness with the park lane traffic behind. thanks for this.

  • Brilliant! Some really rare classic footage. Thanks for sharing.

  • Wow! There isn't much footage of Quintessence so this is great! Iv'e read an interview with Mick Farren about this Gig! He mentions that as far as he and the Devients & the other bands were concerned Quintessence Where from Narnia!! They were that Farout!! LOL!
