  • Oh how awful....so embarrassing watching the otherwise talented Freddie jump around like a 3 year old...compare that to the dead serious Yardbirds - and hey, I think the Y'birds are live, at least partially live. SO refreshing to hear, as often groups had to lip-synch. Guys like Steve Marriott (Small Faces) used to leave big gaps so you KNEW he was lip-synching - 'cause he hated it too.

  • I'd give My left one for Chads ' Gibson !

  • @8:31 My husband still makes fun of this song lol

  • Two ends of the pop spectrum - Freddie and then the Yardbirds!! Got to love Shindig!!!

  • Check out Jeff Beck playing an Esquire, not a Tele.

  • sigh....still in love with Jeremy....

  • If this show was on network tv between 1963 and 1966, I missed than being in Japan. This is great.

  • thats a shit ton of milk

  • Thank you so much for posting this and other video clips from Shindig! It is just amazing to see vision of the artists who we listened to in our early years. Just brilliant. Thanks once again.

  • Jeff Beck on lead there with Yardbirds.
