@Ricke87swe If you want it and your work or something doesn't allow it, then it's not dumb to hide it. If someone's work doesn't allow tattoos and you have to wear long sleeves because you have a tattoo on your arm then that's hiding it..so no, dumbass, there's still a point in the piercing even if it does have to be hidden from someone.

@haarbal1997 Not if you really want it.

Hey! im getting my tongue pierced tomorrow &' im trying to hide it from my mom she doesn't kno im getting it done but im going to be staying at a friends house for 3 or 4 days. And when im there im going to do as much as i can to help the swelling like eat popsicles, eat ice, take ibuprofen etc.. but if the swelling is still there by the time i get home, what can i do? How can i hide it or try and not get caught while it's swollen? HELP (:

I have a allergy to nickel would you happen to know if they make nickel free tongue rings?

Piercings are self-expression. If you're only here to be critical, get the h-e-doublehockeystick out.
I am a very avid and intense male-to-female transvestite/crossdresser. I want to be able to, whenever I transform gender, wear a tongue stud/barbell/etc. that causes/forces me to speak with a most subtle of a lisp that yet still imparts a notable degree of emasculation/feminization to my speech. Is there a specific location on my tongue that would be 'the best' to have pierced? (front/center, front/side, middle/center, middle/side, etc?)

@pinkpriss Any part of your tongue will swell and your speech won't be the same. It's only for about a week though.

@heyitsolivia987 Let me rephrase that...I am not asking about any swelling. I am talking about after the piercing is fully healed, where might be the most effective location for that piercing so as to obtain the resultant desired subtle yet unmistakably feminine/effeminate lisp in my normal day to day speaking as long as I am wearing the stud/barbell? In other words: where on my tongue should the piercer pierce to make me sound like a hopelessly effeminate gelded mincing sissy?

@pinkpriss Haha oh I'm sorry, but anywhere I'd think!
