  • @Tiagor0drigues this IS a 10ft rim, i have measured it...but in case you dont believe my, i have the same exact dunk of me at Staples Center, just search "Reverse Dunk at Staples Center Billy Doran" --and that was when my leg was really bad too....stop hating and get your facts right

  • how came that i hurt my knee in 2 weeks of air alert am i just to week or what cause i did a 30 min warming up and i streched good also after but still i got a jumpers knee

  • @khlpuq4896 u dont need to warm up for 30 minutes...but also try doing it on grass or a really soft surface, that might help

  • what was your vertical leap before you started airalert?

  • i dont remember, i think i gained an inch or two on my vert from only doing the first 7 weeks, and it just made jumping easier i think
