@MuikuliWander Even at Real Madrid his game had diminished somewhat. If you compare his present level to his peak level at United, he is far, far away from that level. You're right, I haven't seen him in the U.S., but I have seen him play for AC Milan in quite a few games, and while he's still a decent player at that level, at his best he was a must-have for any team really.

@MrCholerae Lol, I don't see how he's a shadow of his former self. I don't know if you've actually watched him play since he went to the U.S, but he's still playing well although he's obviously older.

@championcharley pff, mate. ;) No one from Europe considers him great anymore, so I assume you're American:P? Truth is, he WAS spectacular, and not the least overrated - his foot was deadly as a cobra's bite, perhaps the most precise passer and freekicker the world has seen to day. Now, he's only a shadow of himself, which is also - I think - partially why he went to play in USA. Great for his family, salary, and for being football's ambasador over there. :)
