THIS IS AMERICA, WE DO NOT HAVE CHECKPOINTS HERE.

If they did their job at the border you would not need checkpoints.

They had checkpoints in NAZI Germany and they got worse and worse. Just like the fraud Photo radar these things will be everywhere if you do not take a stand.


On memorial day I and the rest of The Phoenix Revolution took a road trip to honor the people that have supposebly died so we would NOT have to go throught checkpoints.

We confront the checkpoint nazi's who beat and tazed Pastor Steve Anderson.

They claimed that SS officers in Nazi Germany were just doing there job as well when they gased and murdered innocent people.

If their job is to violate your God given and Constitutional rights then that is a job they should NOT be doing....Furthermore they cannot plead ignorance. These gestapo are grown adults not children.

One last comment. I would be happy beyond compare to have more police officers like this one. He is courteous, patient, and has a level approach to Mr A. Knowing Public. Not bad on the eyes either (this is an explicitly and overtly sexiest comment but I cannot recall the statute number then the law must not exist. Oops.).

Goodness, where do we get some of these characters. First point, don't. It is impolite and disrespectful to point your finger at someone like that. Secondly, I would first select the officer if I wanted to know something about the law, especially in regard to public safety. Yet I do not see the importance in police officers knowing statue numbers and other coding when it comes to the law. To me it would seem like the mosre important would be to know the actual law. Finally, this guy needs (*&^%!

Border Patrol has juristiction to within 100 miles of the US border. They can do checkpoints anywhere with in that area. Look it up .

Since when did liberals support a police state? It was Bush that created the Department of Homeland Security and pushed through the Patriot Act. Fighting for our rights is not a liberal, conservative, Republican, or Democratic thing. It's an American thing. So I tip my hat of to you and your group. But please don't divide us by saying BS about liberals. We need to unite to defend the constitution, not squabble amongst ourselves.
