Maybe, but polls are showing that Barack Obama would win in a landslide if everyone voted. When they just look at LIKELY voters, though, it gets a lot closer. We could easily lose this one - or win it, but leave Congress in Republican hands, to continue their obstructionism - if American citizens don't VOTE (no matter what hurdles the GOP puts in their way).

Actually, that's not quite true. The statistics say that Democratic voters don't turn out in as high numbers during MID-TERM elections, which explains the Republican surge of 2010. Also, Tea Party fanaticism was at it's peak in 2010. In terms of voter enthusiasm and voter turnout, the GOP vote has no place to go but DOWN in 2012.
