  • tu polacy, przejmujemy ten film !

  • u do not know what this song means to me........

  • 15 people have no taste in music :D

  • "Does my face show some kind of glow?" Maybe a few keen viewers can even note this change objectively. But mostly it is about a subjective glow, the dawning of cosmic mind as it transfigures the body at very elevated, unexpected, abrupt moments, descending unforwarned, to eligible souls of good conscience, who must be worthy recipients to the event. Some fall under this lover's spell, it dominates their remaining existence, even without recurring illuminations. Sometimes once or twice is enough.

  • "I can't pass the day without her," states, as the course of the day unfolds, it is nothing without the counterpart to ourselves that makes us whole and complete. She is Beatrice, the beloved one, lady from another grinning soul that fills all our wanting with things that we are empty without. She is cosmic mind that is ourselves at our best, when we have balanced our souls with our counterpart, to lend a second sun to the sky, to illuminate our reason for being, by the Holy Ghost of our selves.

  • @pmatthew8 Yes, but that was part of the on going trial. He did redeem himself, somewhat. But by that time he was no longer a demigod, succumbed to mere mortality. But the spirit of Bowie lives on in us. Even the best of Bowie is the imagination of that soul still projecting even greater possibilities now. Mutatis mutandis.

  • Mythology is not a symbol or path to higher meaning. Mythology IS the goal! It exists only in Mind, and shall continue to exist, when all physical energies and matter cease. It's too late, then, to be hateful. At that time we shall know we are equal to the task: Covenant: that the universe needs us, just as much as we need it, to recognize itself from stardust, as stardust, seeing itself through eyes. Throwing darts is speaking of an angel's charm to turn our heads from the temporal attractions.

  • This song is where Bowie became absolute mythology! At this point he left the earth, and came back, returned to state, in a state, what he'd seen at tremendous personal cost. Like Moses, he was singed by the burning bush (he even looked a little frosted) but brought back a covenant from the cold ethereal space that promoted him, as a glimpse of what the man of the future should be: behold, a new man, before him only the law was, but after him, a new being, back from the cosmos in a ghostly suit.

  • Or, I could be wrong....Nah!

  • This is the one song, maybe really the only one, where he has the audacity to revel in his own transfiguration! Not for ego's sake, but an objective look at how unique he was. He honestly acknowledged his own greatness, as if being his own true friend, viewing his work from the audience, acknowledging: I am prompting a new generation of music possibilities on a more advanced level than anyone ever has before. And "I must be only one in a million", on reflection, is a very modest underestimation.
