George Worthmore - ragtime blues guitar in Mississippi

George Worthmore is an old friend of mine from the New York City blues scene, where he used to rock the legendary Dan Lynch blues bar with his band, The Divebombers. I hadn't seen him in more than a decade when he showed up one night in Oxford, Mississippi. Two days later, during the Double Decker Festival, we played the streets outside Rooster's Blues Bar, just off the Square. Here is George tearing it up on a ragtime blues breakdown.

You were always one-a-the great one-a-the Greats & from and in the Sayville area and as you know that one goes with much accomplishment, Say-ville especially being no slouch for great musicians with great talent & being born from that area as well..!
