  • i dont think theres anything worse than some guy recording himself working out saying things like "LOOK AT THAT SHIT" while pointing at his own body, well done for making the most fail video in the history of the fucking world.

  • @TehRealZERO All he was saying that it's an effective workout...he wasn't gloating about his body. Way to be a hater.

  • Look at this shit....

  • If you want more power to your punches, work on developing a muscle memory punching pattern and add technique as well as moving your body weight into each strike. You don't need to have massive muscles to have knock out power.

  • Good thing this "munkay" found something that doesn't require any brains. Good luck, "munkay"! LOL!

  • LOOK AT THAT SHIT.....huyah!

  • LOOK AT THAT SHIT!:D

  • @Mikeysmonkay haters gonna hate. nice video...

  • Congrats on the success man. I'm goin through the same thing. Tryin to get down from 220 back to 190.

  • @ChrisDirham slower does burn more but if your consistant with your slow motion movements you eventually become slow yourself. But yes you must FIRST ALWAYS learn technique before you can perform faster (only if your trying to get stronger) If your trying to get faster, use light weights, but with proper technique, practice at a faster pace.
