  • Is it me or all this means nothing?

  • @nowbellhere Here's a quote from I AM THAT: Since it is awareness that makes consciousness possible, there is awareness in every state of consciousness. Therefore, the very consciousness of being conscious is already a movement in awareness. Interest in your stream of consciousness takes you to awareness. It is not a new state. It is at once recognized as the original, basic existence, which is life itself and also love and joy."

  • OMG HE LOOKS LIKE SPAGETT! That's actually hell cool, youtube "cigarette juice" very similar.

  • THANK YOU SIR FOR MAKING IT PLAIN! The word consciousness has clouded the real issue long enough. The Bible says In the beginning was the WORD...the word was made FLESH.

However flesh forgot where it came from and what it is. I suggest that seekers meditate on the words I AM THAT ...I AM

  • PERHAPS IF WE USE THE WORD BEING-ness and PRESENCE, the I AM or CHRIST which is WHO AND WHAT we ARE would be better understood. Even the word IS-ness is better felt than the word consciousness. To me the word consciousness sounds cold and clinical. The words mentioned are ALIVE and can be experienced. Consciousness relates to perceptions does it not? The word confuses me.

  • Consciousness comes and goes every night. To whom does it appear and disappear? The Absolute. When you are in deep sleep you are unconscious but if I yell at you you will wake up. Why? because you remain aware. When mental or physical objects are reflected in awareness you get consciousness and the "

I am" feeling. When you are merely aware you still are but don't know it because of the absence of a reflected object in awareness. Get it?

  • Did Sri Maharaj tell you to teach? I would rather listen to Him!

  • Hi Mr.Wolinsky: Is it fair to say that consciousness appears, like a dot, on the infinite blanket of the Absolute? The dot(s) come and they go, but the Absolute remains.

  • very nice and simply stated absolute

  • do u have a job?
