Agreed. The only quoted witness to the crime indicated the guard was shot in the back by another guard. Von Brunn demanded a speedy trial at a court hearing. We know why he didn't get it. The case would have collapsed immediately as the feds had no evidence against him.
Where is the autopsy report on Johns? Where is the alleged video camera evidence that caught the whole thing on tape?

I understand how a guy could snap and kill somebody. I believe in the Constitution and I believe it says what it says not what a bunch of hippies wish it said.If we had followed the Constitution word for word,we would not be in our current situation. This guy is being forced through Unconstitutional taxation of income to fund a monument to a lie guarded by a monkey,so he snapped,and just like Hitler,Himmler,Goering,Mengele et al God allowed him to escape the propagandistic prosecution.
