as french lenguage... Occitan is an official lenguage in Catalùnia, Val d'Aran & dales overturn north of Turin... it's like if you catch mouth of 3 millions of people...
But in Frnce it represents 60% of its culture. & report any kind of this way, is considered as a non "partnership" view..

Sure! Except in anything official. Plus, Occitan (also Bearnés in Pau) is not taught in school because some openly racist and colonialist guys in Paris decided in the 1880s that primary schooling in French had to be made compulsory all across French territories, both Metropolitan and overseas. Of course, under EU and UN laws, this is totally illegal. But France is a well-built machine with a shiny surface hiding dirty mechanisms. 99% of Occitans cannot write their own language. They're ashamed.

You may be aware that Occitania is a country and not a sovereign State... Only French is legal in France. Liberté, égalité, fraternité?
