7 minute montage of street food leftovers... You always shoot more footage than you need. Than you can use. Than you SHOULD use.

But some cuts won't just vanish. Here is a montage of Indian street food. Shot in the back alleys of Old Delhi, including Gali Paranthe Wali. Early Dec, 2010. Mostly fried bread (great Aloo Nan cooking shot) of one kind or another. The final curry starter shot is also killer....

  • @heronbone11 I think for me it must the best thing I've heard today. Thank you very much. I swear the FULL India episode will be done soon...

  • how does the cretinous music prevent theft of the raw footage?

  • @Jingogunner Make sure you click dislike. Then tell me off one more time. Thank you.

  • very good video but fails to get the Jingogunner Excellence Award because of the goddam music - what was wrong with just letting the street sounds be the music of truth?

  • @Jingogunner It's there to prevent the easy theft of the raw footage. 90% of my other stuff is presented naturally. Right down to the careful rebuilding 8mm film footage from the 50's with soundtracks recorded in the modern location. Browse my channel and reconsider my "Jingogunner Excellence Award" for 2011.

  • @Gihir1 Agreed. Still most of the cooked stuff is fine. Most...

  • Sumptuous food. It kills me when I go to India that I cannot eat this delicious food because of our weak european stomaches.

  • @LostandFoundTravel I've never been in any Asian country, I'm afraid, except for the airports, but videos such as this do inspire me! Maybe some day...

  • @cardwell Thank you. I close my eyes and wander those alleys while on the train most mornings. Get there if you can. The trip is worth it.
