@twistedprophecy What's a "skip" ?
-
Silver livery with horses is beautiful !!
-
But, they're built in Spain, so are really poorly built and very inacessible to service!!!
-
I worked on 67018 'RAPID' when i was on work experience at TOTON TMD, the Locomotive had be left unused outside for two years because of a faulty alternator, and was stripped of parts to bring 67029 back to operational service!!! So quite ironic both are filmed here together!!!
-
part of the reason, other one being cause it looks like an inverted skip.
have to say they are not to bad in my view, although can't beat heritage traction

67s are Awesome! superb piece of machinary! I would love to see a pair at Newport of all places! Excellent!
-
That's not the queens one - It's the EWS 'executive' loco. The 'Royal' locos are painted maroon, and carry the royal crest on their bodysides.
-
Well considering that, since 1982 we've had classes 58, 59 60, and 66 - there's not much competition, is there? Are you referring solely to diesels here? 'cos if you aren't, then what about Classes 90, 91 & 92 - they all EFFING rock, my friend.
-
The 67 is an awesome locomotive, definately the best out of any of the classes produced in the last twenty five years.
Nice in front of a pullman set! I have seen one in Newport during April 2006. Your lucky seeing the Queen's one!
