The intro video is so wrong you wouldn't see the Earth rise above the horizon while on the Moon, ever. Moon rotates at the same speed as it revolves therefore it faces the Earth on the same side all the time. We would see the Earth go through a day and night cycle but never aper to move across the sky it would be a static object just rotating on its own axis if seen from the Moon's surface...

Search YouTube for 'JAXA Moon' to see exactly this scenario. Note that in the video we're moving forward as the moon surface moves too, not just the Earth... Just like the JAXA video taken from, well, the moon itself.

Oh so neither of us is wrong, this is footage taken by a satellite in close orbit with the Moon. And it's not from a perspective of a static observer standing on the Moons surface, as I assumed.

Correct. Take a peek at the surface of the moon in our version and you'll see that we actually animate that too to show that we are moving forward... The whole animation is very subtle, so even the fact that you noticed it at all is impressive.
