Why do they allow people to sell the big blue PVC pipe? I've seen a lot of Indians and Arabs spray motorcycle riders in the face with these things?

But is not totally true. Some water gun are forbidden (big one) and the small one allowed. 80% use small one.

I was in Pattaya this year at songkram. I hated it 7 days of getting soaked every time you go out is no fun. I love it there, but not when its songkram. You can see from this video, who the culprits are, mostly my fellow felang. Come on lads grow up, your not 10 years old anymore.

"stupid" farang..uses the PVC pipe water guns which are illegal in the city. Why? Because the powerful water spray can cause a motor cyclist to lose control ..or the water pressure is so strong it can hurt ones eyes. The visitors to Pattaya are the crazy ones.
