Good pick for toronto, there wasn't much choice this year anyway, full of so so guards and small forwards, it's a gamble, raps needed a 5 since bargs is a shooting 4 and, as you know, bigs are hard to find these days. Perfect climate for a Lith too, will addapt easy.
