Canon XH A1 | 60i Slow Motion

More random footage I shot with the Canon XH A1 camcorder. Watch in HD !! I wanted to try my hand on slow motion with the camera. I had the settings at 60i and the shutter speed at 1/1000. My After Effects isn't working so I had to upload it to Final Cut which I think converted the frame rate. I'm going to try this again much more prepared next time !! So don't go too hard on me !! This is still epic !!

I have asked others and no one even responds.

1) The slow and fast motion, is it done with the camera or the editing?

2) I think I saw somewhere on here someone that did 200x zoom on this camera. Do you know how to get that or is it possible?
